Our No Bush Vodka begins with cane sugar and locally sourced wheat grass fermented together with yeast and water. Our fermentation process takes anywhere from eight to fourteen days. 

Once our mash reaches above 20 proof, it goes into the stripping still where it makes its way through eleven copper bubble plates. We collect the distillate and then feed it into our finishing still through an additional eleven plates. After distillation, we take our high proof Vodka and charcoal filter it for a determined period of time. 

Once our Vodka passes a sensory evaluation, we cut it with water and bottle the goodness. The wheat grass lends a delicate floral aroma to our Vodka while creating a smooth tasting spirit with a slightly sweet finish.
